Mr. Vaz started his Wall Street Career in the 1990’s. Initially he was hired as an assistant trader to head trader in the day to day operations of H.J. Meyers and Company. After a successful first year, Mr. Vaz was quickly promoted to trade his own proprietary trading account for the firm. In 2001, Mr. Vaz started his own Brokerage firm out of Red Bank, New Jersey named Jersey Shore Trading with two partners, both previous H.J. Meyers traders. Soon thereafter Mr. Vaz became involved with the reverse merger business which became his main focus after several successful transactions. His dedication has made him an expert in locating and identifying the right companies to work with through this process and he enjoys it as much today as in his first transaction. Mr. Vaz has an extensive network of contacts throughout Wall Street and has secured over $700 million in equity and debt financing for companies and hedge funds. Because of his reputation, Mr. Vaz is well known and respected my many industry veterans, and is often asked to be an adviser by many colleagues at small to medium size.

Secured legacy by directing buybacks in Visa, IBM, Time-Warner, Bank of America, and 25 other major repurchase programs valued at $500MM+. Facilitated introduction of Principals to funding venues, from equity lines, stock loans, convertible debt conversion, and private equity.

Mr. Sweet is an experienced Wall Street trader with an extraordinary background in domestic and international equities, derivatives and currencies .Worked at some of Wall Streets Top firm. Highly knowledgeable of European, Asian, Japanese, Latin American and Australian markets. Guest Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame on the value of global portfolio diversification. Mr Sweet served previously with Salomon Brothers. Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Credit Lyonnais and BGCantor Partners.

After graduating from LeMoyne College, Larkin became a specialist associate on the trading floor of the NYSE. During that time he planned and implemented the automation of floor operations at four different firms. Larkin trained and managed over 100 floor personnel. In 1996 Larkin became a member of the NYSE . He managed the floor operations of Interactive Brokers, The Griswold Company, Walter J. Dowd, Inc. and Kabrik Trading. Larkin integrated the first hand-held computers on the trading floor, was lead broker in special situations, and traded in all the arbitrage deals on the NYSE. Larkin left the floor in 2008 to supervise a 24-hour international trading desk. He also co-founded a hedge fund using arbitrage strategies. He then launched a platform to distribute independent research.

Since 2012 Larkin has been involved in money management using proprietary algorithms that predict market trends in real time.

Barry lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Has 24 years of experience in the Securities Industry, and is. Andrew’s expertise is providing PIPES, Institutional Research, Reverse Mergers, M & A and small cap companies seeking to raise additional capital within the small cap private placement marketplace, short and long term strategic planning and crisis management. Mr. Baum has raised over  $300 million dollars between the years 2000 – 20014 for publicly traded companies and has been involved in numerous reverse merger transactions. Mr. Baum has also owned and operated an institutional trading firm as well as a successful regional brokerage firm and a privately held nationwide pest control company along with a small independent music label. Andy also works with a high level oil and gas funds as we high level Hollywood film producers and talent.

Chase Hall is a production manger who has been managing large scale music and fashion events for the past five years in New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles, Milan, Paris and Dubai. Chase received his bachelors of fine arts from Pace University, New York City. His communication and organizational skills position him to thrive in a leadership role from coordinating multiple crews on site to managing designers and set workers, and creating and overseeing production budgets. Chase Hall’s background has the proven ability to provide comprehensive creative support and leadership for Eden Capital’s events.

David Anderson received his B. A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his M. D. degree from The University of Texas in Galveston. He did his Internal Medicine specialty training at New York Medical College in Valhalla and his Pulmonary subspecialty training at the State University of New York School of Medicine in Stony Brook. He has played a coordinator role in numerous projects involving medical school faculty scientist and physician consultants including those that have been based around contracts with the Chemical Manufacturers Association and the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command. Most recently he has facilitated the development of a multi-medical school/research facility collaborative approach toward product evaluation as it relates to specific claims substantiation of alternative medical therapeutics. Dr. Anderson has been mentioned in Strathmore’s WHO’S WHO, Great Minds Of The 21st Century – 2nd Edition and America’s Registry Of Outstanding Professionals – 2006 Edition and he has been listed as an honored member in Americas Registry of Outstanding Professionals.

Arham began covering equities before graduating with a B. A. in Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton. He managed growth/value funds for the University’s Endowment. Arham has lived in China, The United States, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, and co-founded a real estate and property management firm in 2017.

Born in Hong Kong Mr. Tay has raised over 950 million dollars over his 30 year career. His experience is in general accounting, banking and finance, which include successful performance in such areas as supervisor, general accountant, internal auditor, fund analyst, financial analyst, investment accounting, and business financial planning and restructuring. In addition to formal education in Business Management and CMA 5th level, Mr. Tay has more than thirty years of progressively responsible experience in positions ranging from Property Management, Trust Accountant, Business Manager, Financial Analyst, Fund Analyst, Internal Auditor, Mortgage agent to his involvement as director of CultureLink Financial. Mr. Tay also has established a private college “Stanford International College” in 2002. Mr. Tay has a passion for learning and education and is very happy to be able to give this higher learning institute back to his people.

Over the years, producer Tony Bongiovi has worked with some of rock’s biggest names in the music industry, touching upon a variety of genres in the process (heavy metal, punk, new wave, disco, soul,arena rock, etc.), and even inadvertently helped the career of his second cousin, Jon Bon Jovi. A frequent lecturer, Tony has spoken to several universities, colleges and studio engineering schools,such as Full Sail School for the Recording Arts, Five Town College, Berklee College of Music, Temple University, New York University, Center for Media Arts, and The American University.

Currently president of A.B.M. Entertainment Management, LLC has been in the music industry for over 40 years. He started his carrier working for Dolot Management (Chambers Brothers) where he handled the day to day managerial responsibilities for several of the company’s acts.
