ANTHONY VAZ – FOUNDER / MANAGING PRINCIPAL / CIO
Mr. Vaz started his Wall Street Career in the 1990s. Initially, he started his career as an assistant trader to the head trader in the day to day operations of H.J. Meyers and Company. After a successful first year, Mr. Vaz was quickly promoted to trade his own proprietary trading account for the firm.
In 2001, Mr. Vaz started his own Brokerage firm out of Red Bank, New Jersey named Jersey Shore Trading, with two partners, both previous H.J. Meyers traders. Soon thereafter Mr. Vaz became involved with the reverse merger business which became his main focus after several successful transactions. His dedication has made him an expert in locating and identifying the right companies to work with through this process and he enjoys it as much today as in his first transaction.
Mr. Vaz has an extensive network of contacts throughout Wall Street and has secured over $700 million in equity and debt financing for companies and hedge funds. Because of his reputation, Mr. Vaz is well known and respected by many industry veterans, and is often asked to be an adviser by many colleagues at small to medium size.
BRAD PAMNANI – MANAGING PARTNER / SPECIAL SITUATIONS / EMERGING MARKETS
Mr. Pamnani studied Biotech at Columbia University, but lead a career focused around Merger & Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts, Private Equity, and Real Estate Investment. His previous experience operating within the Family Office space gave him unique access to many off-market deals, as well as the ability to leverage off of special situation investment opportunities. Mr. Pamnani played an important role in Eden Capital’s investment in Style Fashion Week, which had become an integral platform in creating brand awareness and facilitating the growth of Eden Capital’s other holdings. Currently, Mr. Pamnani is leading Eden Capital’s investment strategy in special-situation real estate and the alternative investment space.
BAN TRAN – MANAGING PARTNER / EMERGING MARKETS / GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS / SOCIAL IMPACT
Mr. Tran joined Eden Capital in 2018 as a Managing Partner, focusing on emerging markets, government contracts, and social impact strategies. He is also the CEO of Trans International Group, a private holding company with stakes in projects related to Advanced Materials, Nanotechnology, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Supply Chain, and Infrastructures Development. Mr. Tran works with a team of scientists, engineers, business executives, investors, and other strategic partners to integrate these technologies to architect real-world solutions for the public sectors as well as develop industrial applications for the private sectors. His work revolves around lobbying as well as securing governments and military contracts to de-risk investments.
Mr. Tran had served on the Advisory Board of the University of Southern California (USC) Global Supply Chain Center, as well as few other organizations. His past experiences also include structuring deals in Merger & Acquisition, Private Equity, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, Real Estate Development, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Commodities.
Currently, Mr. Tran leads the investment strategy into the emerging markets by de-risking the investment through the implementation of a top-down approach. He has proposed to secure the government contracts for 6 projects through Public-Private-Partnerships (PPP) with emerging countries in the ECOWAS, Southeast Asia, and Latin America regions. These projects include Sustainable Smart Agriculture Production, Global Nanotech Healthcare Platform, Graphene-based Water Treatment, Waste to Energy Conversion Technology, Central Bank Digital Currency (gold-backed currency), and On-Demand Mobile Data Streaming for massive jobs creation.
NED GELBAND – MANAGING PARTNER / ASSET-BACKED / CREDIT / FACTORING / REAL ESTATE
Mr. Gelband has been active for over 25 years in every facet of the financial services business, including Investment Banking, Restructuring, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, and Private Equity.
After graduating from Columbia College in 1963 and serving in the US Army, Mr. Gelband spent the next twenty years as Media Director of a number of advertising agencies, including Jordan, Case & McGrath, Benton & Bowles, Della Femina, and Travisano & Partners. Some of his major financial clients include Transamerica, Chemical Bank, First Boston / Credit Suisse, SA.
Mr. Gelband founded Capital Markets International in 1984 to assist middle-market and emerging-growth companies to raise capital to scale. In 1997, he founded Capital Access Group with a partner and raised a fund of over $50 Million to finance small and middle-market companies through advances against its current assets, dominantly its inventory.

Mr. Cruz is based in Miami, Florida and focuses on Business Development for the America region. In 2013, he joined Reewire and leveraged his 15 years of international business development experience to build firm partnerships and client engagements across the North and South American markets. He has developed extensive relationships and offshore business-practice experience through consulting, trading and sourcing commodities for a variety of international clients. This has led to a number of principal investment activities, including as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Excel Capital Grp. LLC, an alternative finance commodity trading firm focused on the Americas market.
In addition, Mr. Cruz is also a Managing Member of Solid Carbon Capital Group, LLC, the lead investor for a US-based carbon nanotube manufacturer. Through his broad industry sector experience, he has developed a keen understanding of how proper investment in ICT infrastructure can be critical to an entity’s success or failure. He is applying that across Reewire’s 4M OPEN MARKET™ platform to develop business relationships among financial institutions, mobile network operators, and other public & private sector stakeholders. Mr. Cruz has a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Roger Williams University.
DANIEL KRYGER – MANAGING PARTNER / TRADING NYSE / AMEX
Mr. Kryger possesses nearly 3 decades of experience in senior management and executive positions. Under his management, his teams have achieved exemplary results, including revenue enhancement, high profitability, and exceptional client retention. He has held management positions in Wall Street’s elite institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Oppenheimer, and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Mr. Kryger is also a proven communicator, fostering relations and opportunities with key stakeholders, including C-level management, teams, vendors, 3rd-party agents, and clients, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and margin goals.
Mr. Kryger has been involved in hundreds of NYSE IPOs, secondary’s, and other offerings, including the opening of the $10 Billion secondary for Bank of America. He secured his legacy by directing buybacks in Visa, IBM, Time-Warner, Bank of America, and 25 other major repurchase programs valued at $500MM+. In addition, he also facilitated the introduction of Principals to an array of funding venues, which includes equity lines, stock loans, convertible debt conversion, and private equity.
During his leadership tenure, Mr. Kryger reinforced change and growth within working culture, leading hundreds of individuals which included brokers, clerks, and support staff. He was recognized as an employee advocate and achieved outstanding employee retention. He also implemented quality control measures, resulting in some of the highest customer acquisition and retention rates in the market. Mr. Kula’s role is to focus on business development. He runs the day to day operations of Eden Capital Investment Group. Mr. Kula handles all public relations and investor relations, in addition to event coordination for Eden Capital Investment Group.
DANIEL F. SWEET – TRADER / OTC TRADING / REAL ESTATE / PROJECT ORIGINATION
Mr. Sweet is an experienced Wall Street trader with an extraordinary background in domestic and international equities, derivatives, and currencies. He is highly knowledgeable in the European, Asian, Japanese, Latin American and Australian markets. Mr. Sweet had worked at some of Wall Street’s top firms, including Salomon Brothers, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Credit Lyonnais, and BGCantor Partners. In addition, he was the Guest Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame on the value of global portfolio diversification.
BARRY LARKIN – TRADER / PROGRAMMED TRADING / PROJECT ORIGINATION
After graduating from LeMoyne College, Mr. Larkin became a specialist associate on the trading floor of the NYSE. During that time, he planned and implemented the automation of floor operations at four different firms. Mr. Larkin trained and managed over a hundred floor-personnel.
In 1996, Mr. Larkin became a member of the NYSE. He managed the floor operations of Interactive Brokers, The Griswold Company, Walter J. Dowd, Inc. and Kabrik Trading. He also integrated the first batch of hand-held computers on the trading floor; was the lead broker in special situations; and traded in all the arbitrage deals on the NYSE.
Mr. Larkin left the floor in 2008 to supervise a 24-hour international trading desk. He also co-founded a hedge fund using arbitrage strategies and later launched a platform to distribute independent research. Since 2012, Mr. Larkin has been involved in money management using proprietary algorithms that predict market trends in real time.
ANDREW BAUM – TRADER / OTC TRADING / IPO / FILM FINANCE
Mr. Baum has over 24 years of experience in the Finance Securities Industry. His expertise is providing PIPES, Institutional Research, Reverse Mergers, M&A, and small-cap companies seeking to raise additional capital within the small-cap private placement marketplace, short and long term strategic planning, and crisis management. Mr. Baum has raised over $300 million dollars between the years 2000 – 20014 for publicly traded companies and has been involved in numerous reverse merger transactions. He has also owned and operated an institutional trading firm, a successful regional brokerage firm, a privately-held nationwide pest control company, as well as a small and independent music label. Mr. Baum also works with a high-level oil and gas fund as well as high-level Hollywood film producers and talents.

Mr. Butero is a commodities future trader, focusing on the agriculture sector as well as the oil & gas sector.

Mr. Hall is a production manager who has been supervising large-scale music and fashion events for the past five years in New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles, Milan, Paris, and Dubai. He received his bachelors of fine arts from Pace University, New York City. His communication and organizational skills have positioned him to thrive in a leadership role, ranging from coordinating multiple crews on site to managing designers and set workers, as well as creating and overseeing production budgets. Mr. Yedman is responsible for deal sourcing, project origination, due diligence, and acting as the liaison to facilitate communication between all the parties involved in a project.
DR. DAVID ANDERSON – PROJECT ANALYST / MEDICAL & SCIENCE COORDINATOR
Dr. Anderson received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his M. D. degree from The University of Texas in Galveston. He did his Internal Medicine specialty training at New York Medical College in Valhalla and his Pulmonary subspecialty training at the State University of New York School of Medicine in Stony Brook.
Dr. Anderson has coordinated numerous projects involving medical school faculties, scientists, and physician consultants, including those that have been contracted with the Chemical Manufacturers Association (CMA) and the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC). Most recently, he has facilitated the development of a multi-medical school/research facility collaborative approach towards product evaluation as it relates to specific claims on the substantiation of alternative medical therapies.
Dr. Anderson has been mentioned in Strathmore’s WHO’S WHO, Great Minds Of The 21st Century – 2nd Edition, and America’s Registry Of Outstanding Professionals – 2006 Edition. Furthermore, he has been listed as an honored member in the Americas Registry of Outstanding Professionals.

Mr. Khan began his covering equities before graduating with a B. A. in Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton. There, he also managed the Growth/Value Fund for the University’s Endowment. Mr. Khan had lived in China, The United States, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, enabling him to facilitate Eden Capital’s strategic client relations in those regions. Mr. Khan recently co-founded a real estate & property management firm in 2017, allowing for additional value in property management analytics.

Born in Hong Kong, Mr. Tay has had raised over 950 million dollars over his 30-year career. His experience is in general accounting, banking and finance, which include successful performance in such areas as a supervisor, general accountant, internal auditor, fund analyst, financial analyst, investment accountant, financial planner and business restructuring.
In addition to formal education in Business Management and CMA 5th level, Mr. Tay has more than thirty years of progress and experience in various positions, ranging from Property Management, Trust Accountant, Business Manager, Financial Analyst, Fund Analyst, Internal Auditor, Mortgage agent, to his involvement as the Director of CultureLink Financial.
Because of his passion for learning, Mr. Tay had established an institute called “Stanford International College” in 2002 as a way to give back to his people by providing them with accessible higher education.
